Refund Policy for Digital Products & Consultations

Thank you for choosing Sara Al Shehri Consulting. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our digital kits or booking a consultation session.

1. Digital Products (Kits & Templates)

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital assets and educational kits, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the delivery download link is generated. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations because you will have immediate lifetime access to the intellectual property and proprietary frameworks.

2. Private Consultation Sessions

Consultation sessions involve reserved, dedicated professional advisory time.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booked session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time via the booking link provided in your onboarding kit.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session, or failure to attend the scheduled call (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of the booking with no refund provided.
