  • Permitted Use: Purchases are for the personal or internal business use of the purchaser only. You may not share, sublicense, or distribute these files to third parties.

I do not guarantee specific financial or commercial outcomes, and I am not liable for any business decisions made based on these resources.

  • Consulting Services: Booking a 1:1 session requires adherence to the scheduled time and full payment prior to confirmation. Consultation fees are non-refundable. To reschedule your session, you must make the change at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the preparation time required for strategic consulting, please review our policy carefully:

  • Digital Products: All sales of digital files (e.g., strategy kits, templates) are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Consulting Services:

    • Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a new appointment.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

  • Disputes: If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact me directly, and I will assist in resolving the access issue promptly.
